Booking Policy

  • Appointment only.
  • Face masks optional.
  • Service age is 12 and up.
  • Due to suite size, unable to accommodate additional guest.
  • Valid credit/debit card required for online booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Debit/Credit card or Zelle.
  • Consultations are required for permanent color except for dark brown or black.
  • Hair must be detangled, free of gel, edge control and etc. before permanent color services.
  • Video and pictures may be taken during appointments for marketing purposes.
  • If you do not feel well or have flu-like/cold symptoms please reschedule appointment.
  • Amanda Elise is not responsible or liable for misplaced or damaged items, nor items left behind.
  • By proceeding to schedule appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all terms, service descriptions and policies.

Cancellation Policy

 We understand that life gets busy and emergencies happen, but we kindly ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation. 


Cancellations

Less than 24 hours notice given for cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total.

No Shows

"No Call\No Shows" will be charged 75% of the service total. No future appointments will be permitted.

Late Arrival

After 15 minute grace period (with no contact) the appointment will be cancelled.  Please call stylist directly for any expected delay.
